Submission guidelines:

Copyrighted material, the applications specifying in the file name the word "Conference" and the author’s surname are accepted by the organizing Committee not later than April 1, 2015 by e-mail nir_sf@bk.ru or smolensk@rea.ru

The Collected Papers of scientific articles, SCIENCE INDEX RSCI assigned, are planned to be published in printed and electronic form (registered in NTC "Informregistr" with the assignment of the registration number).

The articles, irrelevant to the topic of the conference and non-compliant to the requirements, will not be accepted for publication.

Format requirements for the articles:
• the article should not exceed 8 pages, format A4(210x297 mm), including references, tables and figures;
• the text editor: Word 97-2003;
• margins: top, bottom, right, left - 2,0 cm
• font type: Times New Roman, font size: 14 pt;
• single line spacing, justified alignment page, without hyphenation;
• paragraphs to start with indented 1.0 cm;
• heading - in capital letters (Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold), in the Russian and English languages with center alignment;
• the initials and surname of author (s) are in capital letters (Times New Roman, 12 pt, italics), in the Russian and English languages, left-aligned;
• organization name(s), the capital letters, full (Times New Roman, italics, 12 pt), in the Russian and English languages, left-aligned;
• abstract of up to 300 characters in the Russian and English languages,
• key words in the Russian and English languages (up to 10 words),
• heading, the authors’ names, the organization name, keywords and abstract are separated by blank lines;
• illustrations (drawings, graphs, charts), placed in the text, are provided, in addition, as separate files (formats TIFF, JPG, BMP, CDR). Different symbols, signatures, scales, etc. should be easy to read and proportional to the size of the figure;
• bibliography ordered alphabetically using the international abbreviations of journal names;
• footnotes are issued in accordance with the bibliography in the text in square brackets (GOST 7.1-2003).
