Meyer Manufacturers P.O.Box 118 Nairobi Kenya Dear Sirs Contract No. 15-02/9115 Claim concerning NTC insulation at Nairobi Mill As we are trying to investigate the condition of the insulation to the fullest extent we require more information about a) its location; b) the period of time it was in service. We also ask you to send us another piece of insulation from a different position in the tool. We are most seriously anxious to give you the maximum amount of information possible in relation to the performance of the insulation concerned, and wish to carry out as comprehensive an investigation as we can, and the more details available the better chance we have of giving you the most helpful response to the query raised.
