Textile Research Project

I Prepare a project on the textile that you have chosen. Your project should include the following information:

1. Textile name

2. History of the textile. If it is a natural fabric, how early was it used and by what cultures? If it is a man-made fabric, when was it first invented and by whom?

3. How is the textile produced? In what countries? Are there any Ukrainian manufacturers of this product?

4. Textile properties

5. What is the textile used for?

6. Other facts about the textile. Comment on any additional interesting or unique aspects of its invention, usage or production.

II Use a search enginesuch as Google to search for information about your textile. To narrow your search, combine terms. For example, you can search for acetate+history or hemp+products. You can also use encyclopedias or other print resources to gather information.
