5. Here is the list of conditions for the jury service. Decide when a person is eligible for it and when he is not, and put them in the table:

· you are currently on bail in criminal proceedings

You are registered as a parliamentary or local government elector
you suffer from, or have suffered from, a mental disorder / mental health problem
You have lived in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man for any period of at least 5 years since you were 13 years old
you have ever been sentenced to imprisonment or youth custody for 5 years or more
you are currently a resident in a hospital or other similar institution due to a mental health problem
Work in pairs.
Partner A should study the following 10 sentences, describing the jury trial procedure, arrange them in a correct order, and be ready to tell partner B how such trials take place.
Partner B should read the sentences (there is no need to arrage them in a correct order) and prepare questions for Partner A. E.g. What happens first in the court room? What happens next? Do the jury go anywhere to reach their verdict? Etc.
