Financial indexes are absolute values which characterize creation and use of financial resources in the economy of the state, it financial position, results of economic activity of enterprise structures, level of profits of population, distributing and redistribution of gross domestic product, by finances. They determine quantitative and high quality description of the economic phenomena and processes at functioning of finances as component part of the economic system.

The aggregate of financial indexes creates the system which is distributed on the erected and individual indexes. The erected indexes are characterized by the phenomena and processes on a macro level. Individual – the erected go into detail and complement them.

To the number of the erected financial indexes belong: a general volume of financial resources, volumes of profits and charges of budget, volume of money pilling up, is in the economy of the state, sizes of fund of consumption and fund of pilling up and others like that. These indexes enable to define the general economic level of proportions, level of the financial providing of indexes of economic and social development.

Financial indexes are erected, except for mentioned before, must give the estimation of financial aspect of efficiency of public production during a certain period of time in a calculation on unit of all expenses which are needed for his receipt. However much these erected indexes need additional calculations. The index of financial results of production belongs to their number.
