Golgi's complex (internal mesh device)

In 1898 C. Golgi, using properties of binding of heavy metals (osmium or silver) with cellular structures, I revealed mesh educations which he called the internal mesh device (apparatus reticularis internus) in nervous cages. This mesh device began to be called later Golgi's (complexus Golgiensis) complex. Similar structures are described in all cages эукариот.

By consideration in an electronic microscope Golgi's complex is presented by the membrane structures gathered in a small zone (fig. 9). The separate zone of a congestion of these membranes is called diktiosomy. Such zones in a cage can be a little. In a diktiosoma of a complex of Golgi densely to each other (at distance of 20 — 25 nanometers) 5 — 10 flat tanks between which thin layers of a gialoplazma settle down are located.

Each tank has variable thickness: in the center of its membrane can be pulled together (to 25 nanometers), and on the periphery to have expansions, ampoules which width is changeable. Except densely located flat tanks, in a zone of a complex of Golgi the set of small bubbles is observed (везикул) which meet mainly in its peripheral sites.

Golgi's complex participates in a segregation and accumulation of the products synthesized in a cytoplasmatic network in their chemical reorganizations, maturing; in tanks of a complex of Golgi there is a synthesis of polysaccharides, their linkng with proteins that leads to formation of mukoproteid, and, the main thing, by means of elements of the device of Golgi occurs process of removal of ready secrets out of cage limits. Besides, Golgi's complex provides formation of cellular lysosomes.

In bubbles of a complex of Golgi sometimes there is an accumulation the resintezirovannykh of molecules of lipids and formation of difficult proteins of lipoproteid which can be transported by bubbles out of cage limits.

Membranes of a complex of Golgi are formed with the participation of a granular endoplasmic network.
