Theme. Structure of cages of прокариот and эукариот.

Task №1. Using a lecture course and basic educational literature, will study the structural-functional features of structure of прокариотических and эукариотических cages (plants and animals) Describe likenesses and distinctions in the structure of cages of прокариотов and эукариотов. Explain how distinction shows up in the structure of these cages. Enumerate their general signs allowing to attribute them to the single cellular form of organization of the organized matter.

Task 1. To study morfolitical organization of surface of plazmalical membrane of contacting cages on photomicrographs - preparations. To consider the structure of the specialized intercellular contacts (desmosomes, locks, dense and crack). Morfolitical take apart organization of the specialized contacts on the example of desmosomes, closedplates and synapses. Pay attention to modification of cytolemma in the zone of contact, on plugging in the structure of supporting elements- epitheliofibrils andmicrotrucures . Describe prevalence of these types of contacts in different histological structures and explain their functional value for an organism.

To draw the chart of behavior of one pair of homologous chromosomes in meiosis, designating the chromosomes of paternal and maternal origin a different color. To show a crossing-over schematically.
