The studies found that the ordering of type B2 and DO3 occurs by heterogeneity of the solid solution and achievement-tion corresponding to the stoichiometric composition in enriched areas or layers. At temperatures up to 700 ° C formed a two-phase structure of α + DO3, at 700 ° C and above - a two-phase structure of α + B2. The phase transition from the (α + DO3) to (α + B2) proceeds through the formation of a solid solution of the metastable phase Fe5 Si3. The results obtained are not consistent with accepted phase diagram in the field of solid solutions on the Status of areas as ordering and phase composition.
