To learn anything but not somehow – is what the educational reforms in Kazakhstan are aimed at
The global changes don’t begin all of sudden. Ten years of independence were followed by the period of a rush acceleration in the field of national education. For the Kazakhstani pedagogy, this does not only mean the release of a creative potential of the mass but also the need for taking responsibility for education on its own shoulders and starting interactions with all the world and learning to quickly respond to social processes worldwide.
The republic's internal educational field required crucial changes as well. The entire Kazakhstani team of many thousands pedagogues realized that the methods of communicating the knowledge, the style of interactions with the growing generation and the contents of training programs have to be changed.
The 21 st century is the century of high technologies. In keeping the leadership of the global educational squadron the team of the teachers in our country had to make a powerful breakthrough into the world's information space. Only this variant of interactions with the international experience of communicating the knowledge will give a social and then economic stability to Kazakhstan. So the gradual transition of new educational technologies has begun. The maximal immersion of an Individual into the intellectual environment of knowledge with the help of computer and telecommunication technology is one of the broadest steps made by the Kazakhstan pedagogy towards its future.
