1. Acknowledge the receipt of their offer of 7 December.

2. Express your intention to buy 100 cases of Danish sweetened condensed skimmed milk at Danish Kronor 25 per case of 48 tins 14 oz. each, c.i.f. St. Petersburg, immediate delivery.

3. State your terms of payment: by a Letter of Credit upon receipt of the invoice.

4. End your letter courteously.
