INNOVATIVE TEACHING

Innovation in teaching, if appropriately applied, contributes to improved results, helps open up students’ minds, boosts their self-esteem, as well as allows schools to keep pace with the changing needs of their students and to respond to the changes in the world.

Listen to a report by Nina Keck from Vermont, where schools are focusing on more than just academics, they are also teaching children about making healthy food choices.

US Schools Teach Kids to Play and Eat Well

The idea of teaching kids how to play outside at first astonishes some teachers.

Many working parents are comfortable with the idea of their kids playing inside with a video game or watching TV.
