Exercise 3.Write a letter according to the points of guidance given below:

1. The Italian firm "ENTI" is producing diesel generating sets. The order of the Russian Machine-building plant is ready. Before shipping the sets the firm is to test them in the presence of the Buyer. Mr Paolo Barbiere writes

Mr V. Fadin a letter in which he:

- notifies his partner that diesel generating sets are ready for shipment;

- informs his partner that the test will take place on 15 July.

2. The representative of the Russian firm Mr V. Fadin receives this letter and writes a reply in which he:

- acknowledges receipt of Mr P. Barbiere's notification of readiness;

- informs his partner that a representative of their plant Mr A. Ivanov will go to Italy to take part in the tests on 15 July.
